Hi Tim, I finally had an opportunity to talk with Rachel, my boss, about their stay in Ticino. They tell me that Lugano is gorgeous and they had a wonderful time. Mrs. Patricia was great, and even persuaded someone to open a hockey shop, that was closed, so they could shop for souvenirs to take back home! Everyone was welcoming and accommodating. The transport was good and showed up on time – all good. They commented on how lovely the hotel was, and when they decided to stay “home” on their last night in Lugano, the hotel graciously set them up with dinner on the balcony – very special. If they go back, they would just pack less into a day, and start the day later. Otherwise they had a fabulous time. Tim, I so appreciate the work you did to make my employers comfortable and entertained. Also the private transport and services offered in Milan worked perfectly.
